Community Efforts
In my role as Wellness Chair within my AAPI ERG, I'm proud to lead initiatives aimed at fostering a more inclusive and supportive workplace. These efforts include organizing an agency-wide meditation session, facilitating "Tea Talk" forums for discussing sensitive topics, and establishing a buddy system to promote connection and motivation for wellness goals. My goal is to inspire others to engage with their communities and become allies. The world is better when we all contribute.
